Auslesen und Zurücksetzen von Fehlern über ELS27-Kabel in FORScan

1. Vorbereitung

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Batterie geladen ist oder ein Spannungsstabilisator angeschlossen ist (12,5–14 V).

Schalten Sie alle zusätzlichen Verbraucher aus: Licht, Radio, Klimaanlage.

Schließen Sie alle Türen und die Heckklappe, damit die Steuergeräte während der Diagnose nicht „aufwachen“.

Zündung EIN, Motor nicht starten.

2. Anschluss des ELS27

Schließen Sie den ELS27 an die OBD-Buchse des Fahrzeugs an.

Verbinden Sie das USB-Kabel mit dem Laptop.

Starten Sie FORScan.

Stellen Sie in den Adapter-Einstellungen sicher, dass ELS27 ausgewählt ist.

Menü: Options → Adapter Configuration → Select ELS27.

Klicken Sie auf Connect.

Warten Sie, bis das Programm alle Fahrzeugmodule erkannt hat.

3. Fehlerauslesen (DTC)

Gehen Sie zu: Diagnostics → Read DTC.

Wählen Sie das Modul aus, das Sie prüfen möchten, oder wählen Sie All Modules (alle Module).

Klicken Sie auf Read DTC.

FORScan zeigt eine Fehlerliste an:

• Fehlercode (z. B. P0301)

• Beschreibung

• Status (aktiv / gespeichert / vergangene Ereignisse)

🔹 Sie können einen Screenshot erstellen oder den Bericht über die FORScan-Schaltflächen exportieren, um eine Historie zu speichern.

4. Fehler zurücksetzen

Stellen Sie nach dem Auslesen der DTC sicher, dass das Problem behoben ist (ansonsten kehrt der Fehler zurück).

Klicken Sie auf Clear DTC.

Bestätigen Sie den Vorgang und warten Sie auf die Abschlussmeldung.

FORScan löscht alle aktuell aktiven Fehler des ausgewählten Moduls.

🔹 Nach dem Zurücksetzen der Fehler ist es sinnvoll:

• die Zündung aus- und wieder einzuschalten,

• bei Bedarf Anpassungen/Anlernprozesse durchzuführen,

• 10–15 km zu fahren, damit das System die Daten aktualisiert.

5. Zusätzliche Hinweise

Wenn FORScan ein Modul nicht erkennt, prüfen Sie:

• Fahrzeugversorgung (Spannung 12–14 V)

• Adapter-Einstellungen (ob ELS27 korrekt ausgewählt ist)

• Kabel und USB-Port

Für einen stabilen Betrieb des ELS27 verwenden Sie ein direktes USB-Kabel ohne Adapter oder Hubs.

Speichern Sie vor dem Löschen immer DTC-Berichte, insbesondere bei komplexen Fehlern.

Aktivierung von Funktionen über ELS27 in FORScan

Modulauswahl

Gehen Sie zum Menü:
Configuration and Programming → Module Configuration / Feature Programming.

Wählen Sie das Modul aus, in dem Sie eine Funktion aktivieren möchten
(z. B. BCM für Beleuchtungsfunktionen, IPC für Menüs des Kombiinstruments).

FORScan zeigt eine Liste der verfügbaren Parameter (Optionen) für das Modul an.

Aktivierung einer Funktion

Suchen Sie die gewünschte Funktion in der Liste.

Ändern Sie den Wert auf Enabled / ON / 1 (abhängig vom Parametertyp).

Wenn mehrere Funktionen aktiviert werden sollen, markieren Sie alle benötigten.

Klicken Sie auf Apply Changes oder Program.

FORScan prüft zunächst die Kompatibilität und versetzt das Modul in den Programmiermodus.

Abschluss des Vorgangs

Warten Sie auf die Meldung: Programming completed successfully.

Schalten Sie die Zündung OFF → ON.

Überprüfen Sie die Funktion der neuen Einstellung im Fahrzeug.

Falls erforderlich, starten Sie das Modul neu oder löschen Sie die DTC.

Schritt-für-Schritt-Prozess zur Programmierung (Firmware-Update) mit dem ELS27-Adapter in FORScan

1. Vorbereitung

Laden Sie die Batterie vollständig auf oder schließen Sie einen Spannungsstabilisator an (13,2–14,0 V).

Schalten Sie alle zusätzlichen Verbraucher aus: Radio, Beleuchtung, Klimaanlage, Sitz-/Lenkradheizung.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Türen und die Heckklappe geschlossen sind.

Zündung EIN, Motor nicht starten.

2. Anschluss und Auslesen der Module

Schließen Sie den Adapter an die OBD-Buchse und an den PC an.

Stellen Sie im Geräte-Manager sicher, dass die COM-Port-Parameter korrekt eingestellt sind.

Starten Sie FORScan und verbinden Sie sich mit dem Fahrzeug.

Warten Sie, bis das Programm alle Module erkannt hat.

Gehen Sie zum Menü: Programming and Configuration → Module Firmware Update.

Wählen Sie das Modul aus, das Sie flashen möchten (z. B. PCM, ABS, BCM, TCM).

3. Prüfung verfügbarer Firmware

FORScan zeigt die aktuellen Versionen von Strategy, Calibration und Boot an.

Das Programm bietet verfügbare neuere Versionen an.

Belassen Sie die vorgeschlagenen Werte, wenn Sie unsicher sind — das ist die sicherste Option.

4. Sicherung (Backup)

Klicken Sie auf Download/Save current firmware.

Speichern Sie die Dateien zur Wiederherstellung für den Fehlerfall.

5. Einstellungen vor dem Flashen

Aktivieren Sie Stop bus activity (Anhalten der Busaktivität).

Aktivieren Sie bei Bedarf Program unchanged firmware (alle Dateien neu schreiben).

Aktivieren Sie Recovery mode nur, wenn das Modul bereits „tot“ ist.

6. Start des Programmierprozesses

Klicken Sie auf Start.

FORScan versetzt das Modul in den Programmiermodus.

Der SBL (Secondary Boot Loader) wird geladen.

Das Programm schreibt alle Firmware-Dateien.

Wichtig:
Zündung nicht ausschalten, Kabel nicht berühren, Motor nicht starten und den Laptop nicht bewegen.

7. Abschluss

Folgen Sie den Anweisungen von FORScan (manchmal ist ein Aus-/Einschalten der Zündung erforderlich).

Löschen Sie die DTC-Fehler.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Kommunikation mit dem Modul wiederhergestellt ist.

Wenn die Meldung „Programming completed successfully“ erscheint, wurde der Vorgang erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

8. Behebung typischer Probleme

SBL wird nicht geladen:
Stromversorgung und Adapter prüfen, Stop bus activity aktivieren, anderen Adapter ausprobieren.

Schreib-/Verifizierungsfehler:
Adapter erneut verbinden, Firmware neu herunterladen, Program unchanged firmware aktivieren.

Modul nach dem Flashen „tot“:
Recovery mode verwenden und aus dem Backup wiederherstellen.

Niedrige Spannung:
Stabilisator/Ladegerät anschließen und warten, bis 13+ V erreicht sind.

Keine Firmware verfügbar:
Internetverbindung prüfen, FORScan aktualisieren; das Modul wird möglicherweise nicht unterstützt.

Neue DTCs erscheinen:
Adaptions-/Anlernprozeduren durchführen, Fehler löschen, 10–15 km fahren und bei Bedarf auf das Backup zurückgehen.
