    What is included in the software? This link applies to all software activated for the Ediag/Thinkdiag app. It includes all system functions, all factory reset functions, and all vehicle brands.

    How do I use the T-code to update my Thinkdiag/Thinkdiag 2/ediag/Ediag Plus device?
    1. After successfully placing your order, submit your serial number to receive the T-code. (We typically respond within 24 hours. (Please note that there may be delays due to holidays.)

    2. Open the THINKDIAG/Ediag app and tap the shopping cart icon.

    3. Tap "EXCHANGE SOFTWARE."

    4. Enter the T-code and you will receive the update.

    1-year license for Thinkdiag, Thinkdiag 2, Ediag, Ediag Plus software is sent or ready for pickup on the same day or the next only after receiving funds into the account. In some cases, funds may take from 1 to 3 days to be credited.

    After funds are credited to the online store account, the client receives a notification to the e-mail specified when ordering that the status has changed to 'Shipped' with a tracking number and a final electronic invoice attached, or 'Ready for pickup' if the delivery method was selected 'Pickup'.
