Files for 3D printing decorative insert parts for the M-bumper of BMW X5 F15 vehicles manufactured between 2013-2018. These inserts were factory-installed as standard only on sporty BMW X5M F85 models. After installation, the front of the car acquires a more complete aesthetic appearance, since before installation the M-bumper only has two black recesses on the left and right at the bottom.
The decorative grilles of the bumper already have 4 technological holes for installing inserts from the factory. Only the purchase of 8 metal retaining rings (4 on each side) with the original BMW part number 64118247773 is required. The retaining rings are installed from the inside of the bumper, which requires partial removal of the fender liner.

There are no analogs of this part on the market besides the original. The cost of 2 original parts starts from 300 Euros, depending on the place of purchase. The color of original inserts is only gray. Files in .stl format (or .stp upon request) will be sent to the specified email address within 24 hours after payment.
Original inserts consist of two parts - a frame with fastenings and an external decorative casing. Our 3D file, based on which parts can be manufactured, has a more optimized design for the bumper inserts. From the outside, the inserts are indistinguishable from the original ones.
Also, during production, you can choose not to manufacture the 4 protruding fastenings and perform installation using self-tapping screws from the inside of the bumper. In this case, the retaining rings for installation with number 64118247773 will not be required.
Original inserts come with an additional fifth retainer, which is used only on X5M models. For 2.5d, 3.0d, 4.0d models or gasoline versions, the holes for the retainer on the M-bumper are absent. For installation, the retainer on the inserts must be cut off, as stated in the electronic BMW TIS installation instructions.
Finishing and Painting Options
After manufacturing, the part can be painted in any selected color: gray, black, matching the car's color, or applying a hydrographic print with carbon fiber imitation. This allows perfect integration of the inserts into your vehicle's exterior.
