New crystal washer - overlay of the iDrive multimedia system control controller in the style of the latest generation MGU, installed on G series cars from the end of 2018. After installation, the controller takes on a more modern look in the style of the latest generations of multimedia. In addition, the increased size of the washer provides greater comfort when working with the multimedia system.

Installed over the original washer and, if desired, the appearance is restored without any traces of installation. To install, you need to pry and remove the top black cover from the original washer and install a new one. After installation, the upper part with the arrows remains stationary (the arrows are highlighted), and the joystick handle rotates, as in the original.
