OP-COM or MDI2?

OP-COM remains the practical choice for a large part of classic Opel/Vauxhall diagnostics. VNCI MDI2 is relevant when the vehicle belongs to the GM diagnostic ecosystem and the required workflow uses GDS2, Tech2Win or SPS2/Techline. MDI2 is not a universal replacement for OP-COM. It is also not the correct tool for PSA/Stellantis-platform Opel models such as Crossland, Grandland, Corsa F, Mokka B, Astra L, Combo E, Vivaro C and Movano C.
