Transfer of Risk

Delivery Delays

Loss or Damage of Goods

The customer must notify the seller within 7 days from the date of receipt or from the expected delivery date.
The seller will conduct an investigation together with the carrier and, upon confirmation, resend the goods or refund the paid amount.
