Product availability
The "In stock" status indicates the item is ready for immediate dispatch. We try to keep stock levels accurate, but in rare cases availability can change due to simultaneous orders — in that case we contact the customer before dispatch.
Pickup in Riga where available
For products available for pickup, you can collect your order from an agreed pickup point in Riga after payment confirmation. Conditions and opening hours are arranged individually after ordering.
Dispatch after payment confirmation
We normally prepare the order for dispatch on the same or next working day after payment confirmation. Exact timing depends on the time of order, day of week and courier or parcel machine schedule.
Delivery by parcel machine or courier
We ship orders via Omniva (parcel machines), DPD, Latvijas Pasts and other available carriers. Actual delivery time depends on the destination country, carrier and network load.
If availability changes
If for any reason an item cannot be dispatched on time, we contact the customer by email or phone and offer an option: wait, replace or refund.
