How to use the Thickness Gauge HW-300

1. First, Hold down the " Unit Shift "key(um/mm mils) , then press the "Power-On" key. (meaning, press both buttons at the same time). "00"on the screen displays the start of calibration mode.

2.Second, take the calibration card ,press on the standard card, the screen will shows that "0.05" ,and find the card of "0.05"mm ,then press on it ,the screen will show a new number, just find this card,and calibrate it. till the end.

3. Press the "Power-On" key,then you can use it, take a card for test the thickness. Please notice that deviation of ±3%+1um is allowed. If you care of it, please don't order it.

4. The Gesture of operation is very important, PLEASE As shown in the video, put your thumb on the knurled part, keep the tester vertical to the surface, fully press the probe, and don't shake or move the tester until the test results come out.
