1. Placing an Order
1.1. The customer selects goods and adds them to the shopping cart.
1.2. During checkout, the customer provides contact details and selects delivery and payment methods.
1.3. Delivery costs are calculated automatically based on:

product size and weight,

selected delivery method,
-
destination country.
1.4. Before confirming the order, the customer must confirm that they have read:

Warranty and Return Policy,

Privacy Policy.
Order confirmation is not possible without such acknowledgment.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
2.1. Pursuant to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law (PTAL) and Cabinet Regulation No.207 on Distance Contracts, placing an order does not automatically conclude a distance contract.
2.2. The distance contract is deemed concluded only upon receipt of full payment.
2.3. Issuance of an invoice prior to payment does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
2.4. Reservation of goods is guaranteed only after payment is received or confirmed.
3. Payment Methods
Payments are made exclusively by non-cash methods:

bank transfer.
3.1. Card and online bank payments are processed via EveryPay.
3.2. The seller does not store or process card or PayPal authentication data.
4. Payment Processing
4.1. Card payments redirect to a secure environment.
4.2. After successful payment, an electronic invoice is issued.
4.3. Bank transfer invoices are sent electronically.
4.4. Goods are dispatched only after funds are received.
4.5. Transfers may take 1–3 business days.
5. Dispatch
5.1. Goods are usually dispatched the next business day.
5.2. Timeframes are indicative.
5.3. Tracking details are sent after dispatch.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The seller is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment systems.
6.2. The seller may refuse order fulfillment prior to payment if goods are unavailable or price errors occur.
