1. Sagatavošana

Pārliecinieties, ka akumulators ir uzlādēts vai pievienots sprieguma stabilizators (12,5–14 V).

Atvienojiet visus papildu patērētājus: apgaismojumu, audio sistēmu, klimata kontroli.

Aizveriet durvis un bagāžnieku, lai diagnostikas laikā moduļi “nepamostos”.

Aizdedze ieslēgta, dzinēju nestartēt.

2. ELS27 pieslēgšana

Pievienojiet ELS27 transportlīdzekļa OBD ligzdai.

Pievienojiet USB kabeli klēpjdatoram.

Palaidiet FORScan.

Adaptera iestatījumos pārliecinieties, ka ir izvēlēts ELS27.

Izvēlne: Options → Adapter Configuration → Select ELS27.

Nospiediet Connect.

Pagaidiet, līdz programma nosaka visus transportlīdzekļa moduļus.

3. Kļūdu nolasīšana (DTC)

Dodieties uz: Diagnostics → Read DTC.

Izvēlieties moduli, kuru vēlaties pārbaudīt, vai atlasiet All Modules (visi moduļi).

Nospiediet Read DTC.

FORScan parādīs kļūdu sarakstu:

• Kļūdas kods (piemēram, P0301)

• Apraksts

• Statuss (aktīva / saglabāta / iepriekšēja)

🔹 Varat veikt ekrānuzņēmumu vai eksportēt atskaiti, izmantojot FORScan pogas, lai saglabātu vēsturi.

4. Kļūdu dzēšana

Pēc DTC nolasīšanas pārliecinieties, ka problēma ir novērsta (pretējā gadījumā kļūda atgriezīsies).

Nospiediet Clear DTC.

Apstipriniet dzēšanu un pagaidiet paziņojumu par pabeigšanu.

FORScan dzēsīs visas pašreizējās aktīvās kļūdas izvēlētajā modulī.

🔹 Pēc kļūdu dzēšanas ieteicams:

• izslēgt un atkal ieslēgt aizdedzi,

• ja nepieciešams, veikt adaptācijas/apmācību,

• nobraukt 10–15 km, lai sistēma atjauninātu datus.

5. Papildu ieteikumi

Ja FORScan neredz moduli, pārbaudiet:

• Transportlīdzekļa barošanu (spriegums 12–14 V)

• Adaptera iestatījumus (vai ELS27 ir izvēlēts pareizi)

• Kabeli un USB portu

Stabilai ELS27 darbībai izmantojiet tiešu USB kabeli bez pārejām un USB hubiem.

Saglabājiet rezerves DTC atskaites pirms kļūdu dzēšanas, īpaši sarežģītu problēmu gadījumā.

Moduļa izvēle

Dodieties uz izvēlni:
Configuration and Programming → Module Configuration / Feature Programming.

Izvēlieties moduli, kurā vēlaties aktivizēt funkciju
(piemēram, BCM apgaismojuma funkcijām, IPC – instrumentu paneļa izvēlnēm).

FORScan parādīs pieejamo parametru (opciju) sarakstu konkrētajam modulim.

Atrodiet nepieciešamo funkciju sarakstā.

Mainiet vērtību uz Enabled / ON / 1 (atkarībā no parametra tipa).

Ja nepieciešams aktivizēt vairākas funkcijas, atzīmējiet visas vajadzīgās.

Nospiediet Apply Changes vai Program.

FORScan vispirms pārbaudīs saderību un pārslēgs moduli programmēšanas režīmā.

Sagaidiet paziņojumu: Programming completed successfully.

Pārslēdziet aizdedzi OFF → ON.

Pārbaudiet jaunās funkcijas darbību transportlīdzeklī.

2. Pieslēgšana un moduļu nolasīšana

Pievienojiet adapteri OBD ligzdai un datoram.

Ierīču pārvaldniekā pārliecinieties, ka porta (COM) parametri ir iestatīti korekti.

Palaidiet FORScan un pieslēdzieties transportlīdzeklim.

Pagaidiet, līdz programma nosaka visus moduļus.

Dodieties uz izvēlni: Programming and Configuration → Module Firmware Update.

Izvēlieties moduli, kuru vēlaties atjaunināt (piemēram, PCM, ABS, BCM, TCM).

3. Pieejamās programmaparatūras pārbaude

FORScan parādīs pašreizējās Strategy, Calibration un Boot versijas.

Programma piedāvās pieejamās jaunākās versijas.

Ja neesat pārliecināts, atstājiet piedāvātās vērtības — tas ir drošākais risinājums.

4. Rezerves kopijas izveide

Nospiediet Download/Save current firmware.

Saglabājiet failus atjaunošanai kļūdas gadījumā.

5. Iestatījumi pirms programmēšanas

Ieslēdziet Stop bus activity (kopnes aktivitātes apturēšana).

Ja nepieciešams, ieslēdziet Program unchanged firmware (pārrakstīt visus failus).

Recovery mode ieslēdziet tikai tad, ja modulis jau ir “nedzīvs”.

6. Programmēšanas procesa sākšana

Nospiediet Start.

FORScan pārslēgs moduli programmēšanas režīmā.

Tiks ielādēts SBL (Secondary Boot Loader).

Programma ierakstīs visus programmaparatūras failus.

Svarīgi:
Neizslēdziet aizdedzi, neaiztieciet kabeli, nestartējiet dzinēju un nepārvietojiet datoru.

7. Pabeigšana

Sekojiet FORScan norādēm (dažreiz nepieciešams izslēgt un atkal ieslēgt aizdedzi).

Notīriet DTC kļūdas.

Pārliecinieties, ka savienojums ar moduli ir atjaunots.

Ja parādās ziņojums “Programming completed successfully”, process ir veiksmīgi pabeigts.

8. Tipisku problēmu novēršana

SBL netiek ielādēts:
Pārbaudiet barošanu un adapteri, ieslēdziet Stop bus activity, izmēģiniet citu adapteri.

Rakstīšanas / pārbaudes kļūda:
Atkārtoti pieslēdziet adapteri, lejupielādējiet programmaparatūru vēlreiz, ieslēdziet Program unchanged firmware.

Modulis pēc programmēšanas ir “nedzīvs”:
Izmantojiet Recovery mode un atjaunojiet no rezerves kopijas.

Zems spriegums:
Pieslēdziet stabilizatoru/lādētāju un pagaidiet, līdz spriegums sasniedz 13+ V.

Nav pieejamas programmaparatūras:
Pārbaudiet interneta savienojumu, atjauniniet FORScan; iespējams, modulis netiek atbalstīts.

Parādās jaunas DTC kļūdas:
Veiciet adaptācijas/apmācības procedūras, notīriet kļūdas, nobrauciet 10–15 km un, ja nepieciešams, atjaunojiet no rezerves kopijas.
