1. Подготовка

Убедитесь, что аккумулятор заряжен или подключен стабилизатор (12.5–14 В).

Отключите все дополнительные потребители: свет, магнитолу, климат.

Закройте двери и багажник, чтобы модули не «просыпались» во время диагностики.

Зажигание включено, двигатель не запускать.

2. Подключение ELS27

Подключите ELS27 к OBD-разъему автомобиля.

Подключите кабель USB к ноутбуку.

Запустите FORScan.

В настройках адаптера убедитесь, что выбран ELS27.

Меню: Options → Adapter Configuration → Select ELS27.

Нажмите Connect.

Дождитесь, пока программа определит все модули автомобиля.

3. Чтение ошибок (DTC)

Перейдите: Diagnostics → Read DTC.

Выберите модуль, который хотите проверить, или выберите «All Modules» (все модули).

Нажмите Read DTC.

FORScan покажет список ошибок:

Код ошибки (например, P0301)

Описание

Статус (активная / сохранённая / прошлые события)

🔹 Можно сделать скриншот или экспорт отчета через кнопки FORScan для сохранения истории.

4. Сброс ошибок

После чтения DTC убедитесь, что проблема устранена (иначе ошибка вернется).

Нажмите Clear DTC.

Подтвердите сброс и дождитесь сообщения о завершении.

FORScan удалит все текущие активные ошибки выбранного модуля.

🔹 После сброса ошибок полезно:

выключить/включить зажигание,

при необходимости провести адаптации/обучение,

проехать 10–15 км, чтобы система обновила данные.

5. Дополнительные советы

Если FORScan не видит модуль, проверьте:

Питание автомобиля (напряжение 12–14 В)

Настройки адаптера (ELS27 выбран корректно)

Кабель и USB-порт

Для стабильной работы ELS27 используйте кабель USB без переходников и хабов.

Сохраняйте резервные отчеты DTC перед очисткой, особенно при сложных ошибках.

Активация функций через ELS27 в FORScan

Выбор модуля

Перейдите в меню:
Configuration and Programming → Module Configuration / Feature Programming.

Выберите модуль, в котором хотите активировать функцию (например, BCM для светодиодных функций, IPC для меню приборной панели).

FORScan отобразит список доступных параметров (опций) для модуля.

Активация функции

Найдите нужную функцию в списке.

Измените значение на Enabled / ON / 1 (в зависимости от типа параметра).

Если нужно активировать несколько функций — отметьте все.

Нажмите Apply Changes или Program.

FORScan сначала проверит совместимость и переведет модуль в режим программирования.

Завершение процесса

Дождитесь сообщения о завершении: Programming completed successfully.

Перезапустите зажигание (OFF → ON).

1. Подготовка

Полностью зарядите аккумулятор или подключите стабилизатор (13.2–14.0 В).

Отключите все дополнительные приборы: магнитолу, свет, климат, подогрев.

Убедитесь, что двери и багажник закрыты.

Зажигание включено, двигатель не запускать.

2. Подключение и считывание модулей

Подключите адаптер к OBD и к ПК.

В диспетчере устройств необходимо корректно выставить параметры порта:

Запустите FORScan и подключитесь к авто.

Дождитесь, пока программа определит все модули.

Перейдите в меню: «Программирование и конфигурация → Module Firmware Update».

Выберите модуль, который хотите прошить (например, PCM, ABS, BCM, TCM).

3. Проверка доступных прошивок

FORScan покажет текущие версии Strategy, Calibration и Boot.

Программа предложит доступные новые версии.

Оставьте предлагаемые значения, если не уверены — это безопаснее всего.

4. Резервное копирование

Нажмите «Download/Save current firmware».

Сохраните файлы для восстановления в случае ошибки.

5. Настройки перед прошивкой

Включите «Stop bus activity» (остановка активности шины).

При необходимости включите «Program unchanged firmware» (переписать все файлы).

Включайте «Recovery mode» только если модуль уже «мертв».

6. Запуск процесса прошивки

Нажмите «Start».

FORScan переведёт модуль в режим программирования.

Загрузится SBL (Secondary Boot Loader).

Программа запишет все файлы прошивки.

Важно: не выключать зажигание, не трогать кабель, не запускать двигатель, не перемещать ноутбук.

7. Завершение

Следуйте подсказкам FORScan (иногда требуется выключить/включить зажигание).

Очистите ошибки DTC.

Убедитесь, что связь с модулем восстановлена.

Если сообщение «Programming completed successfully» — процесс завершён успешно.

8. Устранение типичных проблем

Не загружается SBL: проверьте питание, адаптер, включите Stop bus activity, попробуйте другой адаптер.

Ошибка записи / проверка блока: переподключите адаптер, скачайте прошивку заново, включите Program unchanged firmware.

Модуль «мертв» после прошивки: используйте Recovery mode, загрузите резервную копию.

Низкое напряжение: подключите стабилизатор/зарядник, дождитесь 13+ В.

Нет доступных прошивок: проверьте интернет, обновите FORScan, возможно, модуль не поддерживается.

Появились новые DTC: выполните процедуры адаптации, очистите ошибки, проедьте 10–15 км, при необходимости откатитесь на резервную копию.
